Where are you located?
We currently have two locations in Victorville, California. Our Bear Valley Apatite Self Storage facility is located at 12217 Apatite Ave and our Bear Valley Mesa Self Storage facilities are located at 12569 Bear Valley Rd and 12613 Bear Valley Rd.
What are your office hours?
All of our locations offices are open every day of the week, except for a few holidays during the year. On Sunday our office is open from 10am to 3pm. Monday through Saturday our office is open from 8am to 5pm.
What are your access hours?
Gate access hours are 6 am to 8 pm every day of the week except on a few holidays during the year.
Are your facilities safe?
We’ve made sure to create a safe environment. There are security cameras on each of our facilities and we’re also fenced and gated. Just enter your code into the keypad at the front and you’ll be right in. Just be mindful of who has your code. Our facilities are also well-lit so if you stop by while its dark outside, you’ll have enough light to see and feel safe.
How do I pay my storage bill?
If you would rather pay your storage bill online instead of stopping by our office, you can pay right from our website. It’s convenient!
Do you offer truck rentals?
We sure do! When you’re ready to store with us, you’ll get a free truck rental with a move-in. Make sure you check with us for availability.
How do I know what unit size is right for me?
If you want to check out our storage calculator it’s incredibly helpful and takes the time out of figuring out your unit size. Just have your list of items gathered and enter them into the tool. If you’re still unsure, give us a call or stop by our office to get more help.
Are your units drive-up accessible?
Yes. Drive-up access makes moving your belongings in and out of your facility much easier. You can unload and load within a few quick steps.
